PERSONAL SALON DIAMOND OVERLAY NAIL SYSTEM & PRODUCTS: 
LIMITED WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

I.  WARRANTY & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE COVERAGE AND LENGTH. 

Personal Salon warrants the retail customers’ Personal Salon™ Diamond Overlay Nail System and its components (PS Nail System) against defect in material or workmanship for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of retail purchase. 

Further, within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of a PS Nail System, as a retail customer, if you are not satisfied that the PS Nail System is the strongest, hardest and most durable nail strengthening product for your natural nails available for home use, you can return your PS Nail System for a full refund (excluding shipping & handling expenses).  You may even keep the Application Brush, files, buffing block, cuticle stick, and swabs as our gift to you for trying our product.

To receive a refund, contact Personal Salon to request your return.  You will then mail your Personal Salon items and the original dated sales receipt that came with your system, postage paid to the address listed below. 

A replacement product or lamp will be supplied for any defective product or lamp that is due to manufacturer defect during the sixty (60) day warranty period.  This warranty shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown on the purchaser’s receipt.  In order for any warranties set forth herein to be effective, this Warranty Registration Form below must be filled out and mailed to: Personal Salon™ at 4132 S. Rainbow Blvd., Suite 180   Las Vegas, NV 89103, within 30 days of the date of purchase; OR, you may register online at personal-salon-nails.com.  Mailing this Warranty Registration Form to Person Salon, or registering online, is a condition of warranty coverage.

THIS WARRANTY IS VALID FOR THE ORIGINAL RETAIL CUSTOMER PURCHASER ONLY AND EXCLUDES INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL OR BUSINESS USE OF THE PRODUCT, PRODUCT DAMAGE DUE TO PRODUCT ABUSE, MISUSE OR IMPROPER APPLICATION.   THE RETAIL CUSTOMER MUST READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE USAGE GUIDE.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.  IN NO EVENT SHALL PERSONAL SALON™ BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INCONVENIENCE OR DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE RESULTING FROM A BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PS NAIL SYSTEM, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
II.  CONDITION TO WARRANTY.  For this warranty to become effective, the following additional requirements must be met:

1. Any postage, insurance and shipping charges of the warranted items to the Personal Salon office that may be incurred must be pre-paid by the retail purchaser and those costs are not included under this warranty.

2. The original bill of sale or charge or credit or delivery receipt must be retained by the original retail purchaser as proof of the purchase date of the warranted item and must be presented when warranty claims are advanced.

III.  EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY.  This Warranty does NOT cover certain specific items, including without limitation the items listed below:

1. Products subjected to accident, misuse, or abuse; exposure to sunlight; exposure to temperatures above 120° F or below 20° F for 24 hours or more; fire; flood; “acts of God” or other contingencies beyond the control of Personal Salon; use of incorrect line voltage or fuses; failure to follow and abide by the Personal Salon product use and application instructions; any product used in, or for, commercial, industrial or professional purposes; or, improper or unauthorized repairs.

2. Any lamp, product or component that has had its serial number or lot number or expiration date altered, defaced or removed.
Personal Salon reserves the right to make changes, modifications and improvements to its products without any obligation to instate such changes and improvements to its products previously manufactured or purchased or to provide such products to previous purchasers.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS.  Please fill out and mail your Warranty Registration Form, or register online, promptly.  The receipt by Personal Salon office of the Warranty Registration Form, either by mail or online within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase, is a condition to warranty coverage.  It is vital that you read the instructions in your Personal Salon™ Diamond Overlay Nail System Usage Guide carefully before using the products.
